So when the Nevada State Bank President and CEO wanted an effective loyalty program that showed his unique sense of humor (and pictures of his ride: an armored truck), he turned to RESPONSE.

Challenge: Help Nevada State Bank retain and increase the profitability of their top customers.

Method: The President's Club: A loyalty program aimed at the top 1% of customers. Members receive periodic letters that say "thanks you" and award exclusive benefits, as well as invitations to try other Nevada State Bank services.
