        Paul says direct marketing is in his blood. It's a good thing – because he’s been working as a direct marketer for more than 20 years.
        His clients have included Procter & Gamble, General Motors, MasterCard International, Citi, John Deere, Ford, Ingersoll Rand, Pitney Bowes, Federal Express, British Airways, Bank of America, Honda, Lexus, GMC Trucks, Chase Bank, American Express and many more.
        In addition, Paul has served as both a regional and international judge for the Echo Awards, the highest award for successful direct marketing campaigns.
        He started as a copywriter, then gravitated to the role of planner, creating campaign strategies and annual marketing plans for major corporations. However, Paul still writes copy because he feels the execution is every bit as important as the strategy. He writes and manages the design for all media, including the web.
        Paul has an innate ability to understand how the reader thinks and feels about a product or service – and to present an offer in a way that resonates with the reader. When asked how he writes effectively to an audience that is very different, demographically, from himself, he says, “I just have a knack for finding out who they are and what matters to them.”
        Paul recently spent 15 years working at direct marketing and web agencies in the eastern U.S.  He moved his family to Utah just a couple of years ago, and we’re pleased to have him at RESPONSE.
